A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the signal traces short and away from the power plane to minimize noise and EMI.
Use a thermal pad or a heat sink to dissipate heat, and ensure good airflow around the device. Also, follow the recommended operating conditions and derating guidelines in the datasheet.
Operating at a lower voltage may reduce power consumption but may also affect performance and reliability. Operating at a higher voltage may improve performance but increases power consumption and reduces lifespan.
Use an external reset circuit or a supervisory IC to ensure a clean power-on reset. For BOR, ensure a stable power supply and use a capacitor to filter out voltage drops.
Use controlled impedance traces, keep signal traces short and away from noise sources, and use a common clock domain to minimize skew and jitter.
