A 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane and a separate power plane is recommended. Keep the input and output traces short and away from each other to minimize EMI.
Ensure that the input voltage (VIN) is applied before the enable pin (EN) is asserted. During power-down, assert the EN pin low before removing the input voltage.
The TS3L500AERHUR can drive up to 1000 pF of capacitive load. Exceeding this limit may cause instability or oscillations.
Use a thermal pad or a heat sink to dissipate heat. Ensure good airflow around the device and avoid blocking the thermal pad. Monitor the junction temperature (TJ) to prevent overheating.
Use a pi-filter (L-C-R) or a T-filter (L-C-L) configuration to filter out high-frequency noise and ensure a clean input signal.
