The TLC5928DBQR can source up to 25mA and sink up to 50mA per output.
The device requires a power-on reset (POR) to ensure proper initialization. A 10uF capacitor between VCC and GND is recommended to filter out noise and ensure a clean power-up sequence.
The maximum clock frequency is 25MHz, but it's recommended to use a clock frequency of 10MHz or less to ensure reliable operation.
The device has a thermal pad on the bottom of the package, which should be connected to a thermal plane on the PCB to dissipate heat. A thermal interface material (TIM) can be used to improve heat transfer.
It's recommended to use a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane, and to keep the signal traces short and away from noise sources. Decoupling capacitors should be placed close to the device.
