The TLC59283DBQR can source up to 25mA and sink up to 50mA per output.
The device requires a power-on reset (POR) circuit to ensure proper initialization. A 0.1uF capacitor between VCC and GND is recommended to filter out noise and ensure a clean power-up sequence.
The recommended clock frequency is between 10kHz and 25MHz. However, the device can operate up to 40MHz with reduced performance.
The device has a thermal pad on the bottom of the package. Ensure good thermal conductivity by using a thermal interface material (TIM) and a heat sink if necessary. Keep the device junction temperature below 150°C to ensure reliable operation.
The OE pin is used to enable or disable the output drivers. When OE is low, the outputs are enabled, and when OE is high, the outputs are high-impedance (tri-stated).
