The TLC5926IDWR can source up to 25mA and sink up to 50mA per output.
Make sure to connect VCC to a 3.3V or 5V power supply, and GND to ground. Also, configure the device by setting the correct logic levels on the control pins (e.g., OE, LE, and SCLR).
The SCLR (Synchronous Clear) pin is used to clear the output registers and set all outputs to a logic low state. To use it, simply pull the SCLR pin low for at least one clock cycle to clear the outputs.
To daisy-chain multiple devices, connect the OUT pins of one device to the IN pins of the next device. Make sure to connect the clock (CLK) and latch enable (LE) pins of all devices together, and use the same OE (output enable) signal for all devices.
The TLC5926IDWR can handle clock frequencies up to 25MHz.
