Store the component in a dry, dark place at room temperature (20°C to 30°C) and humidity below 60%. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
Handle the component in an ESD-protected environment, wear an ESD wrist strap or use an ESD mat, and avoid touching the component's pins or leads. Use ESD-safe packaging and storage materials.
Use a soldering profile with a peak temperature of 260°C (500°F) for 10-15 seconds. Avoid exceeding 280°C (536°F) to prevent damage to the component.
The component is rated for operation up to 150°C (302°F). However, for high-temperature applications above 125°C (257°F), consult with Vishay Intertechnologies or a qualified engineer to ensure the component's reliability and performance.
Use a soft-bristled brush and a mild solvent like isopropyl alcohol or a commercial cleaning solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or ultrasonic cleaning, which can damage the component.
