The maximum clock frequency for the I2C interface is 400 kHz.
Page writes are limited to 16 bytes, and block writes are limited to 128 bytes. The device will automatically wrap around to the beginning of the page or block if the write operation exceeds these limits.
The WP (Write Protect) pin is used to prevent writes to the entire memory array. When WP is low, the entire memory array is write-protected.
The device has a built-in power-on reset circuit that resets the device to its default state. During power-down, the device enters a low-power standby mode to minimize power consumption.
The device is rated for a minimum of 1 million write cycles.
