The LM75BIM-3+T can operate from -55°C to +150°C, but the accuracy of the temperature measurement is guaranteed from -25°C to +100°C.
The address pins can be connected to VCC, GND, or left floating to set the I2C address. The address is determined by the combination of the states of the address pins. For example, if A0=A1=A2=GND, the I2C address is 0x48.
The typical current consumption of the LM75BIM-3+T is 1.5mA, but it can be as low as 1mA in shutdown mode.
The LM75BIM-3+T can be put into shutdown mode by writing a '1' to the shutdown bit (bit 7) of the configuration register (register 01h).
