The IR3310S can operate from -40°C to 150°C, but the maximum junction temperature (TJ) should not exceed 150°C.
The IR3310S requires a bias voltage of 12V to 15V on the VCC pin, and the input voltage (VIN) should be at least 1.5V higher than the output voltage (VOUT).
A 10uF to 22uF ceramic or film capacitor with a voltage rating of at least 25V is recommended for the input capacitor (CIN).
The output voltage (VOUT) can be calculated using the formula: VOUT = (VIN x R2) / (R1 + R2), where R1 and R2 are the feedback resistors.
The IR3310S can deliver up to 3A of output current, but the maximum current should be derated based on the ambient temperature and PCB layout.
