A thermal pad on the bottom of the package should be connected to a large copper area on the PCB to dissipate heat efficiently. A minimum of 2oz copper thickness is recommended.
Ensure that the device is operated within the recommended temperature range (up to 125°C). Use a heat sink or thermal interface material to maintain a safe junction temperature.
The maximum allowed voltage on the input pins is 5.5V. Exceeding this voltage may cause damage to the device.
Use ESD-protective packaging, wrist straps, and mats during handling and assembly. Ground all equipment and personnel to prevent static buildup.
Store the device in a dry, cool place (below 30°C and 60% RH) in its original packaging or an ESD-protective bag.
