The recommended operating voltage range for BAS316 is 1.65 V to 5.5 V.
To ensure the stability of the output voltage in BAS316, it is recommended to use a capacitor with a value of at least 1 μF between the output pin and ground, and to minimize the distance between the capacitor and the output pin.
The maximum output current that BAS316 can provide is 50 mA.
To protect BAS316 from overvoltage and undervoltage conditions, it is recommended to use a voltage regulator with overvoltage protection (OVP) and undervoltage protection (UVP) features.
The thermal shutdown temperature of BAS316 is 150°C.
