The maximum operating temperature range for the ACS108-6SN-TR is -40°C to 150°C.
To ensure accuracy, use a low-pass filter to remove high-frequency noise, and calibrate the device using a known current source. Also, ensure proper PCB layout and grounding to minimize electromagnetic interference.
Use a 4-layer PCB with a dedicated ground plane, keep the device away from high-current carrying traces, and use a shielded cable for the current sense lines. Also, ensure a low-impedance path for the return current.
Use an external overcurrent detection circuit or a dedicated IC to detect overcurrent conditions. The ACS108-6SN-TR does not have a built-in overcurrent protection feature.
Use a low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency of around 100 kHz to 1 MHz to remove high-frequency noise and aliasing effects.
